Saturday mornings we provide a technique based class to develop the fundamentals of CrossFit. This class also has a conditioning component for those wanting to try CrossFit's flavour.
Anyone is welcome. This is our basic programming aimed to develop everyone to a physical and mental state above and beyond where they've been able to go before. Casual drop ins welcome from alternate gyms or fitness methods.
CrossFit performance is for our members looking to partake in competitive style programming. This is for Members only due to safety requirements. This level of training is designed for those looking to compete in CrossFit as a sport.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a fitness programme tailored to the masses for optimum results with minimal time. Cohort CrossFit creates its programme specifically for its people.
WHAT EXACTLY WOULD I DO at CrossFit?
Walk in say hello to the CrossFit coach, come into the white board, where the coach takes down names, has a laugh (usually) introduces everyone. Step by step explained the session, e.g. a) Back Squat b) Workout c) Stretch.
WHO IS CROSSFIT FOR?
PEOPLE. We have members from 6 years old to 62. We have people whom have been with Pauly for 7 years and people whom just want to jump in and try something different. The coaches are all people focused and well adapted to individual circumstances. We are the friendliest Cohort you'll ever meet.
